Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and taxis drop passengers directly at the United Airlines check-in at the DEN terminal. 

Check-in: Full-service check-in counter is located at Jeppesen Terminal West, Level 6, which offers services like baggage drop, special assistance, and international documentation checks. There are dedicated lanes for MileagePlus members and business/first-class passengers. 

Security screening: The Central security checkpoint in United Jeppesen Terminal handles security screening. TSA PreCheck and CLEAR at Denver International Airport are available for faster screenings. Mornings, 5–9 AM, are busiest and have long queues, so allow extra time. 

Boarding gate: After security, travelers take the underground train to Concourse B, where all United Airlines flights depart. Travel time to reach the boarding gate is 5-10 minutes.

United Airlines arrivals at the Denver terminal are handled through Jeppesen Terminal West, Level 4 (Arrivals).

After landing, passengers navigate through Concourse B and take the underground train to the main terminal.

International arrivals: International arriving passengers must proceed to the dedicated Customs and Border Protection (CBP) located at Jeppesen Terminal, Level 5 (International Arrivals Hall).

• A passport, a visa/ESTA, and a customs declaration are required.

• Automated passport control kiosks at DEN are available for eligible travelers. 

Baggage claim: After clearing immigration, move to baggage claim at Jeppesen Terminal West, Level 5. United Airlines carousels are clearly marked.

• All oversized, fragile items, sports equipment, and musical instruments need to be collected at the Baggage Services Counter located near the United Airlines baggage claim area at Denver Airport. 

Customs: The customs inspection area is located after the baggage claim area. Passengers who have nothing to declare must proceed to Green Lane. Those with items to declare follow Red Lane at Denver Airport United Terminal. 

Connections: If travelers have a connecting United flight to any domestic destination, they have to remain in Concourse B and follow signs to their assigned gate.
